Today I am going to share with you one quick and healthy recipe, which is very easy to prepare at home when you crave for something sweet.

Jelena’s nuts bars

30 g pumpkin seeds

30 g sunflower seeds

50 g dried white grapes

30 g chia seeds

30 g sesame seeds

100 g peanuts

100 g cashews

100 g walnuts

50 g oats

30 g fresh coconut

10 soft dried dates

1-2 g cinamon

2 spoons honey

5 spoons dates syrup

3 spoons peanut butter

1 spoon orange zest
